Tasting Notes – We started with our small-batch, authentic German Pilsner: Pilsner and Vienna Malts sourced directly from Germany combined with locally sourced Saaz Hops. Then we hand zest LIMES and add the rinds post-fermentation to create a super fresh & flavourful Summer Beer. The final result is a session able beer with an extremely fresh hit of lime – perfect to keep the scurvy away!
